Looking for something fun to do this coming weekend? Well tonight, Thursday, September 10, you can head over to Live on the Green’s final weekend festivities and this weekend you can head to Centennial Park for the Musicians Corner.

Presented by the Convservancy for the Parthenon and Centennial Park, Musicians Corner occurs every Saturday from 12p.m. to 5 p.m. during September and October.

The event, now located in Centennial Park, hosts family friendly activities and free concerts every week. For this weekend you can see Dr. Ralph Stanley & the Clinch Mountain Boys, Jonathan Tyler, Darnell Levine, and Aubrie Sellers at the Suntrust Main Stage. You can also see Heather Morgan, Allison Bencar and Dara Tucker on the Lightning 100 accoustic stage. All music begins at 1:30 p.m.

However, if you head over early, you can participate in the Kidsville events which will include a free youth education seminar on traditional bluegrass music from Dr. Ralph Stanley and the Clinch Mountain Boys from 11-11:45.

Other Kidsville activities this weekend will include a musical meet n’ greet with Fisk University music department staff, a Grandparents Day craft, a Wristband Graffiti Project with NowPlayingNashville.com, and face or arm painting with artist L.A. Bachman.
